INDEFINITE MARKS POLICY

NEW Indefinite marks are not transferable anymore but if the Top Spender already got the indefinite reward mark, he/she may request lower marks instead. E.g, CM Kael already has an Indefinite Gold Mark, and her reward for this month is also an Indefinite Gold Mark; she may request for Silver or Bronze Indefinite Mark.
The marks cannot be traded to avatar items or VIP marks.
Avatar items are not transferable.
