Hey Audistas!

To kick off 2021 with a bang as well as to welcome our new/returning players to Audition Next Level, we have planned a series of upcoming tournaments just for you!

Do you always feel that tournaments have been a huge challenge for you to advance to the final round and felt that the finalists are always the same usual players? Well, we have heard you! Rising Star (Season 2) tournament is specially catered for players who have not made it to the final round or won any tournaments from 2018-2020 to have a chance to win! Are you ready?

As for the stronger players, it is the time for you to outshine one another in this “Pro League” tournament which has also been specially planned just for you! If you have made it to any final round before or won any tournaments from 2018 to 2020, you will be classified under this bracket. Are you ready to be certified as the Pro Players of 2021?

Tournament Details

COVID 19 Precautions

1. This tournament will be a private event where only participating players can attend the event in staggered timing. It will be closed to the public.
2. Safe Distancing & Temperature taking will be conducted before the event. Players who are not feeling well will not be allowed to compete in this tournament. Players should adhere to the 1-meter safe distancing measures and not interact with one another physically.
3. The overall scope of this event will be conducted online via Playpark SGMY Facebook Page.
4. The areas which the players use will be disinfected thoroughly before the next person uses.
5. Safe Distancing Ambassadors will be deployed, and group size should not exceed 8 people.

Tournament Rules

1. For the safety of everyone & to keep align with the COVID-19 precautions, do not mingle with others.
2. Do not leave your allocated seat to walk around the premises.
3. Map used during tournament will be Hip Hop Street. All players must keep map turned on (Black screen settings is not allowed).
4. Substitution event accounts will be used throughout during the event.
5. Players will not be allowed to use their personal devices such as keyboard/mouse/headset during the tournament. All players must use the allocated PC and the provided gears.
6. All players will use the default PC specifications.
7. In the event of any abnormalities of the PC which affects game play, do raise your hand and alert event marshals immediately when it happens. We will not entertain individual re-match requests once the game has ended unless there is a lag on a global level.
8. Intentional disconnections (such as ALT F4) will lead to being 0 score for that round.
9. There will be no warm-ups throughout the tournament except during Finals.
10. Our Event Marshals has the full authority to issue warning or to disqualify any players caught breaching any of the stated rules above.

Tournament Summary – Rising Star (Season 2)

1. This tournament is only for participants who have not reached Finals or won any on-ground Tournaments from 2018 to 2020. (Finalists from “Rising Star Season 1” can join this bracket)
2. This tournament combines your total score from Qualifying Round to Finals. At the end of each round, there will be a certain cut-off point required to enter the next round. This is determined by the top X score during the tournament day.

ANL Team has updated the above IGNs to the latest as of 5th Feb 2021 & removed the IGNs which are duplicated from multiple tournaments.

IGNs listed above are only allowed to join the PRO League. Any attempt to cheat, such as using a new IGN or false name will lead to disqualification.

Tournament PC Specifications

Side Event – Rising Star (Season 2) Best Chainer

Regardless of rounds in the tournament, the top chainer of the event throughout Qualifying to Finals will be awarded a prize. If there is a draw in chains, the player with the higher score will win.

Tournament Mechanics – Rising Star (Season 2)

Tournament Summary – PRO League

• This tournament is open to ALL players. Players who do not qualify for Rising Star (Season 2) are welcome to participate in this bracket.
• Rising Star Season 1 tournament participants (including finalists) can also choose to participate in this PRO League.
• Qualifying Round will be based on combined score, whereas the subsequent remaining rounds will be based on the total ranking points for that round in each room. If there is a draw in the ranking points, combined scores will be used for tiebreaker.
• Modes & Songs will be randomized for all rounds, and all rooms will be playing the same song & mode.
• All Audition Songs will be included for randomization (120BPM to 256BPM).

Eligibility: All Audition Next Level Players

Mechanics:

• Design a loading screen banner for Audition Next Level with the theme, ‘Audition Next Level Season 2‘.
• Each participants may submit 1 entry.
• Participation is free of charge.
• By entering the contest, the participant gives Playpark Inc., the rights to freely use and publish the design without remuneration.
• All entries should be original. Modifying, enhancing or altering someone else’s work does not constitute an original entry.
• All entries must have any Audition Characters.
• Entries must be send be in .PSD and .JPG files at 72dpi – screen resolution – at approx. 1024×768 pixels
• Each entries must have ANL logo. You may download the logo here.
• Schedule of Submission: March 15 – 23, 2021.

Rules:

• Playpark Inc. employees, ex-employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining the contest
