Tournament Registration
The tournament will accept up to 48 players on a first come first serve basis, with a refundable registration fee of SGD 10 per player. Tournament slots will only be confirmed after payment has been made and acknowledged by the event organizer.
If a player withdraws, does not show up, or is disqualified for breaking tournament rules, the registration fee will not be refunded.
The registration link for Clubber of The Year 2024 (ASEAC Kick-Off) will be released on May 26, 2024, at 4 PM (+8 GMT) on the Audition Next Level Telegram Channel (https://t.me/AuditionNextLevel), and registration will close on June 9, 2024, at 11:59 PM or when all slots have been filled, whichever is earlier.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. What happens if I change my IGN/details after registration?
A1. Although we do not advise doing this, you can contact the Event Organizer for assistance to update your IGN/details. Changing of IGNs/details will not be allowed after 9th June 2024, 11:59pm.
Q2. Can I ‘give’ my registered slot to my friend?
A2. No. In the event if you withdraw from the tournament and the tournament slots are full, your slot will be opened to public registration or waitlist (if there is one). Do note when withdrawing from the tournament, you will be ineligible to receive the refund of tournament registration fee.
Q3. If I’m the tournament winner for this event, but I’m unable to make it for the ASEAC tournament in Q4 2024, what will happen?
A3. Your participation slot will be given to the next winner (e.g., 1st Runner Up).
Q4. Will there be any Waiting List for COTY 2024 (ASEAC Kick-Off) if I did not get a chance to register on time?
A4. This will depend on the demand of the registrations! We’ll announce on the Telegram Channel if the waiting list is open.
Tournament Rules
This set of rules is designed to ensure that the tournament is conducted in a fair and professional manner, with all participants on an equal footing. It is important that all players abide by these rules, as failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Accessories such as bags/wings must be removed during the game to ensure fairness.
All participants must use the basic/default Audition Avatars (including Face).
The map used during the tournament will be Hip Hop Street, and players must keep the map turned on to avoid any unfair advantage.
The Metronome item is strictly prohibited during the tournament, and players must register with an account without Metronome during registration.
All players must use the default PC specifications to ensure an equal playing field.
Shader option is included in the latest update of Audition Next Level and will be automatically used during the tournament. Any tampering or modification of Audition Next Level files and folders is strictly prohibited to ensure fair and equal gameplay for all.
Players are not allowed to use their personal devices such as keyboard/mouse/headset during the tournament.
In the event of peripheral issues, players should alert the event marshals immediately. However, the game should not stop playing until a decision has been made and announced in the game chat.
In the event of abnormalities in the PC that affect gameplay, players should inform the event marshals via in-game chat. Re-match requests will not be entertained once the game has ended unless there is a global lag.
Potential rematches for legitimate disconnections will be on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed. The decision will be based on any potential foul play, as well as the score at the point of disconnection and the estimated projected score towards the end of the game.
Intentional disconnections such as ALT F4 will result in a 0 score for that round.
Participants must adhere to the Game Policies of Audition Next Level throughout the tournament, and failure to do so will result in disqualification from the tournament and potential future tournaments. Should there be any participant’s account be suspended during the tournament period, the player will be automatically disqualified. ** The Champions for FAM of the Year 2024 (ASEAC Kick-off) will travel to the Philippines in Q4 2024 (Tentative) to represent Singapore and compete in the Grand Finals for Audition Southeast Asia Championship 2024 (ASEAC 2024).
*** If 1 player from the Champion FAM is unable to participate in the Grand Finals in the Philippines, the FAM can find a substitute player to replace the existing player. If there are more than 1 player from the Champion FAM that is unable to participate, the 1st Runner Up FAM will step in as substitutes to represent Singapore.

FAM Rally
Mechanics:
All FAMs who have gathered least 10 attendees present on-ground will stand a chance to win the FAM Rally reward. (Rewards will only be credited to the FAM members who have registered for the door gifts, and are also in the FAM before 17th June 2024, 11:59pm
FAM members will be required to take a group photo together on the day itself at Clique Gaming Safra (Choa Chu Kang). We strongly encourage all your on-ground members to gather for the photo. However, it is not compulsory for all FAM members who attended the event to be present in the group photo if they are not available.
To add some extra fun and excitement you can choose to colour coordinate your attires together or come up with something uniquely exclusive for your group photo! We love fun shots too!
Group photo must be submitted via a Google Form which will be announced on Telegram on the event day by a FAM representative.
Submission of entries will close on 17th June 2024, 11:59PM (+8 GMT).
FAQ for FAM Rally:
Q: Can I only have 8 players in the FAM Rally photo? A: No, as per the FAM Rally mechanics, you are required to gather a minimum 10 players who are present onground, submitted the doorgifts form under the Fam Rally’s FAM & also be in the photo.
Q: When do I need to be in the FAM if I am joining the FAM Rally? A: If you are joining FOTY using another FAM, you are required to be back in the FAM Rally’s fam BEFORE 17th June 2024, 11:59pm.
Q: How about door gift submission? Which FAM do I need to submit under? A: If you are joining the FAM Rally, you are required to submit using the FAM name that’s joining the FAM Rally and appear in the FAM Rally group photo & be in the FAM. (Refer to Q1)
Q: When can I leave the FAM? A: Players are NOT ALLOWED to leave their FAM until announcements have been shared on the Telegram Channel otherwise they will not be entitled with the FAM Rally rewards even though your FAM has won.
Q: Only 1 FAM can win for the FAM Rally? A: Nope, multiple FAMs can win the FAM Rally as long as you have gathered a minimum number of 10 players, and meet the mechanics requirements. Please read the mechanics carefully.

This set of rules is designed to ensure that the tournament is conducted in a fair and professional manner, with all participants on an equal footing. It is important that all players abide by these rules, as failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Accessories such as bags/wings must be removed during the game to ensure fairness.
All participants must use the basic/default Audition Avatars (including Face).
The map used during the tournament will be Hip Hop Street, and players must keep the map turned on to avoid any unfair advantage, otherwise will be disqualified.
The Metronome item is strictly prohibited during the tournament, and players must register with an account without Metronome during registration.
All players must use the default PC specifications to ensure an equal playing field.
Shader option is included in the latest update of Audition Next Level and will be automatically used during the tournament. Any tampering or modification of Audition Next Level files and folders is strictly prohibited to ensure fair and equal gameplay for all.
Players are allowed to bring their own personal peripherals, including keyboards, mice, and headsets, during the tournament. Peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and headsets, will be provided.
In the event of peripheral issues, players should alert the event marshals immediately. However, the game should not stop playing until a decision has been made and announced in the game chat.
In the event of abnormalities in the PC that affect gameplay, players should inform the event marshals via in- game chat. Re-match requests will not be entertained once the game has ended unless there is a global lag.
Potential rematches for legitimate disconnections will be on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed. The decision will be based on any potential foul play, as well as the score at the point of disconnection and the estimated projected score towards the end of the game.
Intentional disconnections such as ALT F4 will result in a 0 score for that round.
Participants must adhere to the Game Policies of Audition Next Level throughout the tournament, and failure to do so will result in disqualification from the tournament and potential ban from future tournaments. Should there be any participant’s account be suspended during the tournament period, the player will be automatically disqualified. Event Marshals have the full authority to issue warnings or disqualify any players caught breaching the rules above.

Combined Total Score: This refers to the sum of scores earned in each round, with the top few players who achieve the highest score advancing to the next tournament round. ** Combined Ranking Points: Each player will be awarded a point based on their game ranking (e.g., 1st place = 6 points, 2nd place = 5 points, and so on). After all rounds have been played, the points will be tallied, and the top few players with the highest points will advance to the next tournament round. In the event of a tie between players in ranking points, the player with the higher combined total score across all rounds will achieve the higher ranking.
It is mandatory for all participants to carefully review the tournament details, rules, and mechanics provided and to report any concerns to Audition Next Level.
