- No, The mascot pet is only available for 30days and 365 Days.
- If I buy a permanent Mascot Avatar, will it disappear if the duration of the Mascot runs out?
- No, the permanent Mascot Avatar will not disappear if the duration of the Mascot runs out. You can use the avatar again once the Mascot duration is extended.
- How much EXP bonus is given by Mascot when we play together?
- You will get an additional 500 EXP Bonuses
- Why doesn’t my Familiarity Point level increase?
- Make sure you have selected Personality Mascot and completed all the quests
- If the quest is complete, then you can only get Mascot EXP and Familiarity Points
- Will the Mascot Level, Familiarity Points be reset if we change the Mascot Personality?
- Yes, all Levels and Familiarity Points that have been obtained will be reset. Make sure your body and soul are ready if you want to change personality, okay.

FAM RALLY EVENT
- Invite your Fam members to attend the Playpark All-stars at the Glorietta 2 palm drive, Makati City on August 25, 2019
- Register your Fam and members in the Audition Booth during the event. Registration is open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM only.
- Banners must conform to nominal decency guidelines. Any image deemed to contain content that depicts violence, racial, political, religious, sexual, or any other inflammatory material in an inappropriate manner may be disqualified and removed.
- Fam must have FAM Banners. *at least 2ft. X 3ft. for the banner size.
- Fam should have FAM Uniform. T-shirt color coding will do.
- Incomplete requirements will not be accepted. Registered FAM names should be existing in-game if not, the fam will be disqualified.
- GMs will do a roll call for each fam to validate the registered fam and members. Once fam has been registered, they cannot add/remove any members on the registration list.
- The FAM with most attendees will win the event.
