Inclined with particular PlayPark Inc. policies, as provided on the company’s website and subsites, there are certain penalties amongst the violators of the company’s Code of Conduct. It is also the responsibility of all the customers to be aware of PlayPark Inc. Policies, violations, and penalties as agreed upon in the PlayPark End User License Agreement. However, claims of ignorance of such information shall not be excused. Listed below are the general penalties maintained by PlayPark Inc. as a company.

There are also game-specific account penalties, which you can find by checking the appropriate links at the bottom part of this page. In most cases, game-specific account penalties will take priority over our general company account penalties. However, please remember that depending on the nature of each violation, either company or game-specific penalties may apply, the choice of which, rests on the sole discretion of PlayPark Inc.

Important Reminders regarding Violations and Penalties

1. All listed penalties presented are arranged into fair standards dependent on the general nature of each offense but are still subjected to any necessary adjustment as deemed by the sole discretion of Playpark Inc.

2. All violations are validated through the actual observation of Audition Next Level Staffs and PlayPark Employees. Playpark Inc. and the game itself has no obligation of presenting evidence related to any cases it has ruled upon.

3. All penalties listed above can be issued on a per-instance basis, resulting in an accumulation of 1st offense penalties or an automatic 3rd offense penalty, depending on the number of violations committed. The choice of recourse in such cases is entirely at the discretion of Playpark Inc.

Game Moderator

Game Moderators are committed to helping and guiding players to experience the game at its full potential. Every effort must be made in bringing prompt service and in improving the quality of the game.  GMs and CMs are to respond to players’ needs in a polite and professional manner.

What Audition Next Level Staffs can do for players of Audition Next Level:

• Will do their best in answering questions and handling complaints or concerns users may have in-game.
• Are to oversee events or quests in-game.
• May kick or suspend players that violate the Game Policy and Rules of Conduct depending on the severity of the violation.

What GMs and CMs cannot do for players of Audition Next Level:

• Cannot and will not participate in any fam or club. They cannot and will not “tank” for or provide “buffs” to players, unless it coincides with an event or promotion that requires them to do so.
• Cannot and will not give players items or cash (trading with players is not allowed) unless it is part of an event or promotion.
• Will not give special treatment to any player or the specific group of players. GM’s are to be impartial, unbiased, and objective within the scope of their responsibilities and judgment.

What Moderators cannot do for players of Audition Next Level:

Rules of Conduct

The following rules govern basic interaction within the Audition Next Level game and the Audition Next Level social media and groups. Please be aware that failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in the termination of your Audition Next Level game account according to the End User License Agreement (EULA).

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our personal information practices or relevant laws. We will indicate at the top of this policy when this policy was last updated. Please review this policy every time you access or use the services to make sure that you have reviewed the most recent version.

• Permanent Ban – Player may be Account/IP Address/Computer banned from PlayPark and Audition Next Level if repeated offence on other accounts.
• PlayPark and/or Audition Next Level Staffs shall reserve the right to suspend, ban, and/or punish a player or clan without prior notice for any violation as they deem necessary.

Part I. Hacking/Client/Files Modification

These are the ILLEGAL PROGRAMS/APPLICATIONS AND MODIFIED GAME CLIENTS, which are not part of the game client. These may be standalone programs or plug-ins which may be downloaded from other sites. These kinds of programs alter fair gameplay, game points (DEN, FAM Points, and Couple Points/Hearts), etc.

Always REMEMBER that these programs are not made, not affiliated, and are not being distributed by the game developer, or any PlayPark staff. Always bear in mind that there is NO LEGAL MODIFIED GAME CLIENTS, THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARES, or PROGRAMS for AUDITION NEXT LEVEL. The only LEGAL programs are the GAME CLIENT and its’ HACK PROTECTION SOFTWARE itself.

Part II. Bug Exploitation

Promoting the use of game glitches in-game. Players are encouraged to report game bugs to the Audition Next Level Staffs as soon as they are discovered.

Part III. In Game Names

• Nickname that impersonates any Audition Next Level Staff
  • Adding the words GM, CM, MOD, or MODERATOR on in-game names, which may confuse other players to think that these are also official Game Masters of the game.

• Inappropriate Nickname
  • Vulgar/Profound – Names that are explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically offensive.
  • Special Characters – Names that use special characters in their names. (The only special characters that are allowed are: ~,- and _. )

• 1st Offence – Forced Character Nickname Rename
• 2nd Offence – Forced Character Nickname Rename + 30 Days Ban
• 3rd Offence – Permanent Ban

• Inappropriate FAM Name
  • Same as Inappropriate names but used as FAM Name.

• 1st Offence – Forced FAM Rename
• 2nd Offence – Forced FAM Rename + 30 Days Ban on FAM Master
• 3rd Offence – Permanent Ban on FAM Master

Part IV. Game/Audition Next Level Social Platform Misconducts (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, etc)

• Audition Next Level Staff Impersonation
  • Pretending to be a PlayPark Employee or Audition Next Level Staffs in order in order to extract personal information, game items, in-game cash, from another player is a form of scamming and will not be tolerated by game management.

  • Disrupting in-game events through harassing event participants and event facilitators affects the game experience for other players.

• Promoting the use of 3rd party programs or modified game client or files that alters the game for unfair advantages
  • Doing in-game events and promoting which showcase third party program and illegal software.

• Bulletin/Chat Spamming
  • Continuous Chat Flood of same message

• Player Harassment/Cyber Bullying
  • Harassing or saying inappropriate words to player/s.

• 2nd Offence – 90 Days Ban + Level & Dens Reset
• 3rd Offence – Permanent Ban

• Racial/Religion/Nationality Harassment
  • Harassing or saying inappropriate words towards other Race, Religion or Nationality.

• Audition Next Level Staff Harrassment/Cyber Bullying
  • Harassing ANL Staffs (GMs, CMs, Moderators, etc) and facilitators. Spreading any fake news about AUDITION NEXT LEVEL STAFF.

Part V. Others

• Illegal Trading and Dealings (RMT)
  • Users are prohibited to advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, trading, selling, sharing or transferring access of accounts, in-game cash or any other game-related feature to another Audition Next Level account or player through transactions involving the use of real money.
  • Advertising non PlayPark Products – Users are prohibited to market, promote, advertise, or solicit within the Audition Next Level game or Audition Next Level social media and groups any product that is not related to the game.
  • Use of PlayPark Products or services for illegal activities – All PlayPark Products and services are strictly to be used for legal activities only.

• Claiming False Reward
  • Player who claims FALSE REWARD is strictly prohibited. Please do note that unclaimed rewards should report directly to iBox for further investigations. The time frame for reporting of delay/lost item reward is within 7 days after the item insertion. Late reports will not be entertained.

• 1st Offence – Warning
• 2nd Offence – 30 Days Ban + Level & Dens Reset
• 3rd Offence – Permanent Ban

Definition of Terms:

• RMT – Real Money Trading
• NPC – Non-player Character; these are entities in-game that are not controlled by the other player or any PlayPark Staffs.
• ANL – Audition Next Level

Evidence Policy

The only evidence that is not modified in any manner and shows the incident clearly can be applied in our case processing. Screenshots may suffice for any chat or verbal offenses. With regard to complicated offenses, in-game videos would have to be provided. You can use file hosting services such as Mediafire or Fileden to upload your videos.

*Note: Screenshots must be submitted in .jpg format, with at least High image quality.

The name of the offender must be clearly seen, and the screenshot or video must show the offender in action.
